Why should I Pre-Order

As you can see, I make a ton of different products types and colourway, keeping up with them all is quite a daunting task, given I make everything from scratch in house. I cannot guarantee I will have everything in every colour on the day.

Purchasing before the event means you'll get exactly what you'd like in your preferred colourway too. 

It also means there will be less stress on the day if you have your eye on something specific, and you can spend the limited time you have prioritising meeting your favourite authors.

What can I Pre-Order?

Anything you like! Yes, anything! 

If we have separate product Pre-Orders, you can order these too. As long as the shipping date is before the event they will arrive in time to be collected at the event

How do I Pre-Order?

When you go to checkout, use the discount code & postage relevant to the event, I will know your order is a Pre-Order

Why is the discount code 50% off?

The discounted order amount is your deposit for your order. This ensures I can buy the materials necessary to make your purchases.

When do I have to pay the balance?

Around 1 month before the event you have pre-ordered for I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. You can choose to pay this anytime before the event if you wish, but you can also pay on the day when you collect your purchase. The remaining balance will be the same as the deposit.

How do I collect?

We have a tracking sheet at our table so we can see which orders are still waiting to be collected and whether there is a balance remaining. 

Using your order number and the full name on your order we can find your order for you?

Are there any freebies with Pre-Orders? 

Of course! I always add a little something extra for you, as a thank you for ordering from me. 

All orders are packed like presents and will be in gift boxes, if you'd like your items bubble wrapped to ensure safe travel home, let me know in the notes at checkout.

All orders will receive a pack of our magnetic bookmark trios that I think you'll like based on your order.

If your order total is over £25 you'll receive a Free Mini Book Pot.

What do I do if I need to cancel my Pre-Order? 

You have until 1 month prior to the event you've pre-ordered for before the event, if you cancel after this I would have already ordered the supplies, therefore your deposit would be forfeited.

If you contact me directly via email, I can cancel your order for you and get your refund sent (if applicable)
