What will you have on the day?
I try my best to bring at least one of everything with me to events, this is not always possible though. If you want something specific or something held back for you I can do this but all reservations MUST be collected by 12pm.
Pre-Order Specific FAQs
What did I order and do I have anything left to pay?
Next week (18/06/25) I'll be emailing out everybody's individual orders as a reminder of what you've ordered. I will also be adding full invoices to these so you have a printable sheet to bring with you on the day if you need something tangible as a reminder.
These invoices will also include a QR code to pay the remainder of your order, there is no requirement to pay this before the event, I know some of you are concerned about time and paying the invoice this way will make things a little faster for you on the day :)
How do I collect?
On the day, let either myself or my husband know you have a Pre-Order to collect.
You will need your order number and your name, we have a list we can check and find your order easily, each order is Pre-bagged with all of your goodies inside (as well as your freebies!).
Then we will check whether there is anything left to pay and you can take your new bookish trinkets home.
