I bought a trinket box for my partner for the holidays and unfortunately, the wrong design showed up but contacting the lovely folks at Krorroskos, they were so helpful and kind. Royal mail also broke a box that was on its way and they were so determined to help me recieve a lovely unbroken trinket box. I've truly never had a customer service issue be solved so fast and with such kindness and grace and these trinket dishes are so much more beautiful in person! They shine in the sun and are basically reflective. They sit beautifully on shelves and stack so nicely. Would always reccomend over and over! 1000/10
