Physical Product Licensing

This is a licensing agreement to sell physical printed version of Krorroskos Displays STL Files

ONLY STL files here may be printed and sold once purchased: https://krorroskosdesigns.co.uk/collections/stl-files

By joining this subscription, you are agreeing to a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to sell physical 3D prints of the STL display files designed by Krorroskos Displays.

If you cancel your subscription your right to sell physical products ends at the date of renewal and you must cease selling Krorroskos Displays products immediately.

You must agree to credit Krorroskos Displays in all listings and social media posts of the product along with a link within all listings to where interested parties may buy the STL files for themselves.

You may not claim ownership of the models or designs. If selling in person you must credit Krorroskos Displays visibly and when asked.

This subscription applies to physical products ONLY, you must NOT sell any files digitally and must not distribute the files in any way.

You must not alter or modify the licensed STL files in any way.

You must take all responsibility for the quality and safety of the 3D prints you sell. Krorroskos Displays will not be liable for defects, printing issues, injuries or disputes that occur from the use or distribution of physically printed Krorroskos Displays products.

You must agree to resolve any issues that may occur between you and the customer.

You must create your own imagery of the physical products. You may not use or distribute any Krorroskos Displays imagery unless stated in the product listing.

I, Krorroskos Displays, do not consent to the use of my work in training, image creation or modifications of my designs using any form of Artificial Intelligence. If you are found to be using AI your subscription will be immediately, permanently revoked.

You may sell products to any location, I do not plan to print and sell products at any point in the future.

If you violate any of the conditions above, your license and subscription will be revoked.
